Thomas Przybylowski

Thomas Przybylowski is an accomplished litigation attorney with significant experience in commercial litigation, securities fraud, white-collar crime, employment law, antitrust issues, and bankruptcy matters. In 2020 and 2021, Przybylowski was honored as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for his ability to lead complex cases, including drafting complaints, discovery requests, motions concerning summary judgment, and engaging in oral arguments in federal courts.

He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and is also authorized to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

During his time at Pomerantz LLP, the oldest firm in the world dedicated to representing the rights of defrauded investors, Thomas Przybylowski represented institutional and retail investors in high-stakes securities fraud class actions in both U.S. federal courts and international jurisdictions.

Before joining Pomerantz, Thomas Przybylowski was an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where he represented publicly traded corporations, hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment managers across all phases of litigation, gaining expertise in complex commercial and regulatory matters.

In addition to his corporate litigation experience, Thomas Przybylowski is deeply committed to pro bono work. He received the prestigious Above & Beyond Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy for his contributions to Sanctuary for Families, including legal support for a survivor of domestic violence in a child custody matter.

Thomas Przybylowski resides in Little Silver, New Jersey with his wife Caroline and golden retriever Champ.
