Satawa Law recently has won another Title IX hearing, as the Title 9 Hearing Officer at a University in Michigan ruled that: “My considerations and determination are constrained by the credible evidence available to me, and based on that evidence, I do not find that Respondent engaged in non-consensual penetration or non-consensual contact as defined and prohibited by the Policy.”
