Candace Cho, KC
<a href="https://onyxlaw.ca/team/candace-cho/">Candace Cho, KC</a>, is the principal lawyer and estate litigation practice leader at Onyx Law Group in Vancouver. Called to the B.C. bar in 2009 after earning her JD and Bachelor of Commerce at UBC, she focuses entirely on estates and trusts litigation, including problem executors, passing of accounts, and wills variation claims. She chairs the Trial Lawyers Association of BC’s Estate Committee and was appointed King’s Counsel in 2025. She speaks English, Cantonese, French, and Spanish.
