SRB Hawaii Birth Injury Law represents families and children in birth injury medical malpractice claims. We handle cases involving children who have suffered from cerebral palsy, erb’s palsy, HIE, developmental delays and wrongful death as result of labor and delivery events. Our mission is to obtain compensation for the victim of malpractice as early as possible as well and to also offer education to the hospital personnel, physicians, nurses and staff to help prevent similar mistakes in the future.
