Biography:

HHJ Trial Attorneys was formed in 2018 by Michael Hernandez, Adam Hepburn and Elliott Jung, three trial lawyers who began their careers as courtroom litigators. According to the firm, the partners collectively handled more than 100 jury trials during their first five years of practice. Today, HHJ focuses on personal injury and civil litigation, representing people with serious injuries and families pursuing wrongful death and other negligence-related claims throughout Southern California.

• Elliott Jung: Southwestern Law School, Honors Program and Trial Advocacy Honors Program; graduate of Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. Michael Hernandez: completed advanced trial training at Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College after beginning his career through the San Diego Public Defender’s Office.
