The attorneys at Milios Defense dedicate 100% of their individual practices to the defense of persons charged with a crime. Most of that time is spent representing people who have been accused of a DUI in Washington.

Tim Milios has been in practice since 1993. Over that time he has represented over a thousand people charged with DUI and other criminal traffic matters in Washington. Since 1996 his practice has focused on DUI and criminal traffic offenses.
