• Robert “Rob” Wilhite is the Owner and President of The Wilhite Law Firm and leads the firm’s litigation practice. He has practiced law in Colorado for more than 20 years and handles complex personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle, premises liability, insurance bad faith and defective-product cases. Wilhite earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa School of Law. He joined the firm in 2005 and now oversees its growth in Colorado and Texas.
