I was admitted to practice in Florida in 1998, and to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1989. Since my admission to practice in Florida, I have had a general civil trial practice and for 24 of those years, I have been representing individuals, businesses and educational institutions in all phases of immigration law, including employment and family based visas through adjustment of status, non immigrant visas, citizenship, consular processing, waivers including provisional waivers and other waivers of inadmissibility. I have handled appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and have filed for Writs of Habeas Corpus and Mandamus in Federal Court.
