Andy Goldner received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Virginia and his law degree, with honors, from the University of Georgia. Mr. Goldner began his legal practice defending medical care providers and insurance companies. This experience allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of medical issues and, equally importantly, insight into how insurance companies and defense law firms operate. Andy then trained under some of the best and most experienced Plaintiff’s attorneys in the state of Georgia, routinely handling cases valued well in excess of one million dollars. Mr. Goldner has used this experience in his own law firm to maximize results for his clients.

Mr. Goldner’s practice is devoted entirely to serious injury and wrongful death cases arising out of tractor-trailer and auto collisions, daycare negligence and child injury, and premises assault/negligent security cases, among other areas.
