California Receiver & Partition Referee

Matthew L. Taylor is a highly experienced Receiver and Partition Referee with over two decades of court-appointed service in managing complex receiverships and partition actions. He has overseen the administration and preservation of assets in dozens of property and business receiverships, including court-appointed California Health and Safety Code Receiverships, and has facilitated the successful sale of more than 100 real properties in partition matters across California. A graduate of Pomona College and UCLA School of Law, Mr. Taylor also holds a Diploma in Trial Advocacy Skills from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to practice before numerous state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court, and serves as a licensed California real estate broker, Judge Pro Tem, and Mediator. Widely respected for his impartiality and professionalism, Mr. Taylor brings deep legal insight and practical experience to every appointment.
