Rostyslav Nykitenko
<a href="https://nykitenko-legal.com/about/">Rostyslav Nykitenko</a> is a Ukrainian attorney who advises companies on energy, investment and cross-border business matters, including energy trading transactions and international dispute resolution. He serves as Vice Chair of the International Relations Committee of the Ukrainian National Bar Association and is the author of Renewable Energy Law & Investment, a global guide to licensing, power purchase agreements, ESG compliance and project finance.
