Jory Trease is a 36 year veteran member of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah. He has now achieved the distinction of spending over half his life advocating on behalf of Debtor’s Rights in the State of Utah. His legal practice is devoted almost exclusively to representing Debtors in Bankruptcy throughout the entire State of Utah, in all phases of their Bankruptcy case.
