Ms. Jones’ workers’ compensation experience consists of representing injured workers. At these firms, she provided representation for complex cases, drafted petitions, developed rebuttals to inadequate permanent disability ratings, and tried cases. Ms. Jones has extensive experience negotiating settlements and has successfully petitioned for removal and reconsideration before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. She currently serves as President-elect of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (Greater Inland Empire Chapter).
