Hello to anyone reading this. I have been a lawyer for 47 years and the overwhelming majority of my practice area was in litigation and trial work. I was hard core so I am making a change as a lifestyle choice. I have tried 372 cases to a verdict and have handled thousands of litigated injury claims that did not get tried. I think I have been involved in just about every type of accident or incident there is where someone has been injured or damaged. I worked 70 plus hours a week for my entire career. I feel like the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years makes me fairly well suited to act as a mediator because I can shed a lot of light on what might happen to any case in the hands of a jury.
