Founded in 2010 by federal defense attorney Nick Oberheiden, Ph.D., Oberheiden P.C. is a team of highly-experienced attorneys and legal professionals who work collaboratively to defend clients across the United States in high-stakes federal matters. Attorneys routinely meet with prospective and existing clients at clients’ offices and facilities, as well as at Oberheiden P.C.’s Miami office. The team includes several former federal prosecutors, former U.S. Attorneys, former Assistant U.S. Attorneys, and former U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) trial lawyers. Collectively they have centuries of combined experience on both sides of federal investigations, trials, and appeals, and offer this expertise to their clients.
