Biography:
Attorney Stacy Stanley grew up in Loris, South Carolina, and earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University (1990) before graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law (1997), where he served as Student Bar President. He began his legal career clerking for the Honorable James E. Brogdon, Jr. As an attorney for more than two decades, Stacy has settled or tried hundreds of cases — including multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements — involving auto wrecks, slip and fall, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, boating, jet ski, golf cart, bicycle, highway defect, product defect, and construction defect claims. He is married with three sons and has spent years coaching youth football and baseball in the Conway and Aynor communities.
